Here at Sage & Cedar, we strive to deliver you world-class customer service. Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list. All orders are processed within 24 hours. We use UPS for shipping and the USPS for Hawaii and Alaska or in the case of a P.O. Box. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel. All orders placed by 1:00 PM Mountain time are usually shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.
*UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please Note we are an Earth Friendly business and reuse boxes and packing materials we receive from our vendors. Though the shipping box may not look beautiful, we guarantee the contents are.

United Parcel Service Delivery Times:
UPS Ground (3-6 Business Days)
UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Average delivery time is 3-6 business days depending where you live. UPS Ground is not guaranteed to arrive within this allotted time.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping for those who need it. Simply select your expedited shipping choice during check out.

UPS Next Day Air (Next Day Delivery by Day End)
Guaranteed delivery by 4:30 to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is offered. Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day.

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS 3 Day Select (Within 3 business days)
Guaranteed delivery within three days to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping rates will be determined depending on weight and country of origin. If you require a shipping quote before your order is shipped, please include a message in the notes area. We will contact you with the rate and will not ship your order without your consent.
