returns & exchanges

Here at Sage & Cedar, we happily accept returns or exchanges on our stock items. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept custom blended product returns. We ask that you notify us with any problems or concerns, within FIVE days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of the management. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. To make a return, we ask that you first contact us so we can assess your individual situation. Upon receipt of returned merchandize, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.

In our industry we understand that there can be circumstances beyond our control. If you receive merchandize that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Also, if we make an error in fulfilling your order, we guarantee to promptly right our wrong.
