Returns
& Exchanges
Sage & Cedar happily accepts product returns or exchanges within
30 days of the date of purchase for regularly priced products. We
do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or close-out items. The
returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original
manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached.
All returns (but not exchanges) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange
package when sent to Sage & Cedar. All product returned or exchanged
will be inspected upon its arrival at Sage & Cedar. Your original
form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount following
a satisfactory inspection.
Process
Our product return and exchange process is very easy.
Simply fill out the back of the invoice you received
with your order and send it, plus the items you wish
returned or exchanged, to us at the address provided.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will send out the
new items, credit the original card you charged your
order on, and/or partially credit/charge your original
card, as applicable.
If you do not have your original invoice, simply double click on
the pdf image below, print the Return and Exchange form that pops
up and follow the instructions contained in the form. Of course,

Special Considerations
Shipping Damage.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping,
please contact us immediately.
Fulfillment Errors.
If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will
pay for the shipping to return that product and immediately
ship you the correct product.
No Returns or Exchanges.
This return and exchange policy does not apply to sale
or special order merchandise.
